For many years our customers have benefited from an appointment reminder that is sent automatically by SMS on the eve of a scheduled visit by our surveyor or repair team.
We have now enhanced the SMS service to send customers an additional message on the day of the visit, to advise that the surveyor or repair team in now en route to their scheduled appointment. For surveys the message will also introduce the name of the surveyor who will be attending.
This real-time communication development will further enhance the quality service we deliver to customers and our ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
